Here’s the story of a lovely lady who is all grown up and moving out of her Manhattan pad.

Eve Plumb, who played underappreciated middle daughter Jan Brady on “The Brady Bunch,” just listed her New York City condo for $1.8 million.

Spanning 1,225 square feet and made up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home was first listed on Tuesday, June 1.

Plumb, 63, first purchased the Upper East Side residence back in 2016 for $1.58 million.

Located in the Lenox Hill neighborhood, the fairly modest home boasts views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline.

Upon entry is the open floor plan, which combines living, dining and kitchen space. The master bathroom is equipped with heated floors and a triple Toto rain shower head.

Plumb played her iconic “Brady Bunch” role for five years on the hit 1970s sitcom, which ran from 1969 to 1974.

Since then, the star has made appearances on series including “Bull,” “The Path,” “That ’70s Show,” “Law & Order: SVU,” “The Love Boat” and “Fantasy Island,” along with several “Brady Bunch” spin-off TV series and movies.

She also appeared in the HGTV series, “A Very Brady Renovation,” based on taking generational family homes and revamping them. In 2019, she appeared in her own version of the series with “Generation Renovation.”

The starlett has also been painting for more than two decades, enjoying success at select galleries across the United States.

She has been married her husband of 26 years, Ken Pace. The two never had any children of their own.

In 2019, they sold their Upper West Side co-op for $735,000.
