Dan Bilzerian is ready to say goodbye to Sin City — and he’s doing it in style.
The social media star has put his massive Las Vegas mansion on the market, with an asking price of $25 million, which makes it the priciest home in town, according to TMZ.
This sprawling estate, located in the upscale Spring Valley neighborhood, is the ultimate adult playground, featuring seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and a garage big enough to house 16 cars.
But that’s just the beginning.
The 40,000-square-foot behemoth boasts amenities you won’t find in your average luxury home: a foam pit, a rock climbing wall, a roller hockey rink, and even a padded gym for gymnastics or jiu-jitsu.

“In my 25 years of real estate, I’ve never seen anything like it. The cost of construction was well over 20 million at the time they built it,” Napoli told the outlet. “Since Dan bought it, he invested millions to improve the property even more. The quality of construction and finish work is the best I’ve seen, with imported materials from all over the world.”
Bilzerian, known for his hard-partying, jet-setting lifestyle, has built a massive following on Instagram, where he flaunts his wild exploits — from yacht parties packed with bikini-clad women to his Ignite brand, which peddles everything from nicotine vapes to booze.
Despite claims of winning millions in poker, his earnings from the game have been hotly contested by pros in the industry.
Now, Bilzerian is ditching his US digs for properties in Bali and Dubai, looking to set up shop overseas.
As for the Vegas pad? Whoever snatches it up better be ready to shell out some serious cash — and deal with sky-high utility bills for this one-of-a-kind bachelor fortress.
