Kimberly Guilfoyle, Don Trump Jr.’s partner and the ex-Fox television personality, has taken her stunning home at the posh Beresford at 211 Central Park West off the market.
But it’s still quietly being shown, our spies say. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op, which was recently on the market for $4.99 million, was listed in October 2020.
It has been officially off the market for around a month.
Guilfoyle bought the home for $3.4 million in 2015, according to records.
The 2,400-square-foot space features a 28-foot gallery separating a living room and dining room.
There’s a woodburning fireplace, 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen and sound proof windows.
The main bedroom features lots of closets and a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and claw-foot bathtub.
The Emery Roth building boasts residents like Jerry Seinfeld, while past residents have included Glenn Close and Diana Ross.
Building amenities include a private health club, bike and laundry rooms — and lots of security.
Guilfoyle, like all the Trumps, now spends time in Florida, where she and Don Jr. plunked down $9.7 million on a mansion in a gated community — that was asking $19.9 million in 2017.
The listing broker for the Beresford apartment is Carol Levy of Carol E. Levy Real Estate, who declined to comment.
The mansion is near the Trump National Golf Club Jupiter and near Trump’s ex, Vanessa, and their five children.
The couple also sold their Hamptons home, which came with its own gun room.
