Woodstock artist Justin Love is listing his “Loveland Studios” compound for $1.64 million.

The property, at 4 Churchland Road in Saugerties, NY, is anchored by a 115-year-old church hidden by trees and renovated to showcase Love’s large works.

A sign outside Love’s home — “Miracles” — is entree to a “surreal kaleidoscope of mythical creatures, electrified mysteries, impossible hues and poetic passion all spinning with musical abandon.”

At 10,000 square feet, the mixed live/work compound includes a converted 6,600-square-foot church, a four-bedroom, 2½-bath, 2,400-square-foot,1940-built farmhouse, a two-car garage and a saltwater pool — all on just over an acre.

One of four bedrooms inside Love’s Saugerties spread, right near Woodstock.

The church, set up as an inspired live/workspace, boasts original stained-glass windows from 1897, and an open floor plan, along with a loft bedroom — where the choir once performed — and two baths. The property also features decorative steel entry gates created by the artist. Love bought the property for $45,000 in 1983.

The listing brokers are Leslie Foti and Henry T. Ford of Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty in Woodstock.
