Sami Zayn Challenges Kevin Owens
Sami Zayn called out Kevin Owens after Owens’ challenge for a match at Elimination Chamber. This brought out Adam Pearce, who warned Zayn against challenging Owens.
Pearce told Zayn that he would not sanction a bout between Owens and Zayn. Therefore he could not stop a match between Owens and Zayn if Kevin injured Sami with a Package Piledriver.
Sami flipped Pearce’s statement by saying Adam Pearce couldn’t stop a match between Kevin and Sami if Sami injured Kevin. Pearce agreed to the match, but it wasn’t official, it was unsanctioned.

AJ Styles Def. Dominik Mysterio
WWE continued to tease tension among the Judgment Day as Finn Balor put pressure on Raquel Rodriguez to defeat Roxanne Perez. Balor said there’s a possibility there could be three members of the Judgment Day in the Elimination Chamber between himself, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Dominik Mysterio wants a new member of the Judgment Day, but Finn Balor keeps shooting it down. It reminds me of when I used to ask my parents for a dog.
Carlito, who was wearing a clean pair of black Air Jordan 11 CMFT Lows, was knocked off the apron by styles, which led to a Styles Clash on Dominik Mysterio and a win.
Bron Breakker accidentally Speared Dominik Mysterio while aiming for Styles. This set up a Styles vs. Breakker Intercontinental Championship match, likely at the Elimination Chamber.
AJ Styles vs. Dominik Mysterio Grade: B
Dakota Kai Def. Ivy Nile
Dakota Kai landed a stiff Code Red Backstabber for a nearfall on Nile. Though it didn’t look clean, it was impressive nonetheless.
Fans fell pretty silent during the second half of this match until Nile began hitting big moves.
The story of the match was Nile attacking Kai’s bad leg, trapping her in multiple ankle locks.
Surprisingly, Kai overcame the odds with a GTK for the win. American Alpha’s quest to win gold before Chad Gable’s return has been a complete disaster.
Ivy Nile vs. Dakota Kai Grade: C+
GUNTHER Calls Out Jey Uso
GUNTHER mocked Jey Uso’s entrance by walking through the crowd and berating their hero.
GUNTHER said he’s sick of wrestling people who can’t lace his boots. He blamed the fans for “yeeting along, and dancing along,” thereby giving Jey Uso a false sense of confidence.
GUNTHER said Jey Uso’s blood would be on their hands. With fans chanting “we want Jey,” GUNTHER turned to the announce team and asked Pat McAfee if he thinks Jey Uso can beat him at WrestleMania. McAfee said he hopes Jey beats GUNTHER. As GUNTHER prepared to attack McAfee, Jey Uso walked out as the officials tried to hold him back. A fearless Pat McAfee was yeeting the entire time.
GUNTHER and Jey Uso Brawl Grade: B+
Penta Def. Pete Dunne
Ludwig Kaiser walked out mid-match, and looked on. The story WWE is telling with Kaiser and Dunne is both want are fighting for the right to lose to Penta.
I can’t think of a single second in WWE where Penta hasn’t been over. Even as Pete Dunne was on offense, fans were furiously rallying behind Penta, chanting “let’s go Penta!”
After another impressive win by Penta, Kaiser and Dunne brawled, only to be upstaged by Penta. In a perfect world, an outnumbered Penta will even the odds alongside Rey Fenix.
Penta vs. Pete Dunne Grade: B
Roxanne Perez Def. Raquel Rodriguez
WWE aired a vignette for Booker T pupil Roxanne Perez and hammer home the fact that Perez had the longest stay in women’s Royal Rumble history.
Cole and McAfee talked bout the possibility of two tag teams competing in the same Elimination Chamber. Between Bianca Belair, Naomi, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, it’ll be every woman for herself.
This was the classic David vs. Goliath match and fans were into it despite not knowing much about newcomer Perez.
Belair and Naomi interrupted the match dressed like the East Compton Clovers from Bring it On, causing a distraction and a win by Perez.
Raquel Rodriguez vs. Roxanne Perez Grade: B
The New Day Goes Off On Rey Mysterio
Xavier Woods, who called Big E a “lazy-ass,” went on a poignant tirade where he accused Rey Mysterio of sucking the life out of every fresh-faced Luchador who walks through the doors in WWE.
Kofi Kingston said he has more title wins than Rey Mysterio and has been here for longer. Kofi said the difference between him and Rey is that he never left. Massive heat for New Day.
LWO’s music hit, and fans went wild thinking Rey Mysterio would walk out. But only Dragon Lee and Legado del Fantasma walked out and brawled with New Day.
The New Day Promo Grade: A-
Seth Rollins Def. Finn Balor
Just as Michael Cole went to remind us of Seth Rollins’ injury to Finn Balor, the two started brawling before the bell.
This match started a little after 7 pm, so as a main event, it received plenty of time.
Fans flashed their phones and sang Seth’s song throughout this match. Cole called the Elimination Chamber “the most star-studded Elimination Chamber in history,” which was a spoiler that Seth Rollins was going over.
The fans turned on referee Rod Zapata (“ref, you suck!”) after he seemed to screw up a three-count, which caused the match to screech to a halt.
With Balor’s loss, the Judgment Day went 0-3 on the night and is almost surely headed for a divorce.
